Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Â
Service management experience preferred.
Ford experience preferred.
Knowledge or ability to learn Ford Warranty
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Strong leadership skills
Pass DMV driving history check and have a valid Driver's License
Have proficiency or ability to learn Microsoft Office and automotive shop software programs
